Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting the donation of four (4) ping pong tables with
accessories (net and paddles) for the Department of Parks and Recreation. These
tables and accessories will be distributed to Yano Hall, Hale Halawai, Hisaoka Gym,
and the Waimea Community Center. These items are being donated by the Big Island
Table Tennis Association, P.O. Box 2838, Kamuela, Hawaii 96743 and have a total
estimated value of $1,600.

To accept a donation of ~ ping gong tables with net and paddles
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED:
The 13ig Island Table Tennis Association donated four ping gong tables -one
for Yano Mall, one for Hale Halawai, one for Hisaoka Gym, and one for Waimea
Community Center (a total of 4 tables).
Total value of tables, nets and paddles: $1,600
