Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 88, Draft 3, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at yesterday's Planning Committee meeting:
1. Condition E. Delete the word "meeting" and insert "and it shall meet" within the
context of the condition.
2. Condition I. Delete everything except the language in I(5). "An initial extension
of time for the performance of conditions... originally granted for performance
(i.e., a condition to be performed within one year may be extended for up to one
additional year); and 5) if'
Condition I should then read: "If the applicant should require an additional
extension of time, the Planning Director shall submit the applicant's request to the
County Council for appropriate action."
