Falciatano, Jr., Tax Manager of Volume <br /> Services America, dated June 21, 2001, requests an abatement of penalty and interest on tax paid <br /> for the 2000-2001 real property tax bill. <br /> On August 23, 2000 Volume Services America notified the County of Hawaii Real Property <br /> Tax Division with their first installment payment that the address had changed to the corporate <br /> <br /> mailing address in 201 East Broad Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306.
