2001 TO JUNE 30, 2002 (by adding the Volcano Park Multi-
purpose Playcourt pro,~ect for $81 800 to the Capital Budget)

RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY DISPOSITION
From Legislative Auditor Constance R. Kiriu, dated August 29,
2001, transmitting the above bill consisting of recommended
amendments, as listed, in a February, 2000 report entitled Special
Study on County of Hawaii Leases with Nonprofit Organizations
and approved by the Council on May 3, 2000, via HS&EDC
Report No. 6. The comments from the Office of the Corporation
Counsel and the Department of Finance regarding this proposal are
attached, along with other transmittals.
