Kiriu, dated August 29, 2001, transmitting the above bill consisting of recommended amendments, as listed, in a February, 2000 report entitled Special Study on County of Hawaii Leases with Nonprofit Organizations and approved by the Council on May 3, 2000, via HS&EDC Report No. 6. The comments from the Office of the Corporation Counsel and the Department of Finance regarding this proposal are attached, along with other transmittals.
