dated August 6, 2001, amends Ordinance No. 01-55, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending
June 30, 2002. The amendment is as follows:

The State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice
Assistance Division is providing funding to hire a sexual assault nurse examiner coordinator to
manage and coordinate this program.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 90 and
recommends it pass first reading.
