Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 91, reports as follows:
Bill No. 91, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 305,
dated August 6, 2001, amends Ordinance No. 01-56, as amended, the Capital Budget ending
June 30, 2002, by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Puainako Street Extension -Federal 110-399-5391.55 $410,000
Funds for this project shall be provided from federal grants receivable.
This measure is to cover the Federal funded portion for the right-of--way as the actual negotiated
land amounts are higher than originally anticipated.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 91 and
recommends it pass first reading.
