The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Safety Office is providing
additional funds which will be used to conduct roadblocks to enforce seatbelt usage and acquire
tint meters.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 93 and
recommends it pass first reading.
