William Takaba, via Communication No. 314, dated August 14, 2001, amends Ordinance
No. O l -55, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2002. The amendment is as
follows:

These funds will be used to defray the cost to send an officer to the 2001 International Torch Run
Conference in Wichita, Kansas.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 94 and
recommends it pass first reading.
