RE: Bill No. 88, Draft 3
This is to confirm my conversation with you regarding Condition B of Bill No. 88 and timing concerns of
plan approval expressed in your letter dated August 30, 2001, to the Council Chair and Council Members.
The time requirement to submit plans for plan approval within one year will be deleted from the bill In
addition, the new underscored language requires completion of construction within five years from the
effective date of Bill No. 88.
Since the deletion of the old requirement and insertion of a new requirement addresses your concern, your
letter will be filed.
