RE: Resolution No. 108-01, Draft 3
This is to transmit Resolution No. 108-01, Draft 3, which was the result of an amendment made
at the September 12, 2001, council meeting. The amendment is as follows:
The 3rd Whereas clause to read as follows: "...the Council finds that for
economic and consistency reasons it is in the best interest of the County that [the
external] proposals for a two and four year audit contracts [be for four
consecutive years], commencing with the audit year ending June 30, 2002 be
received."
