HAWAII, ADOPI°E® ON IVIARCH 3, 2001, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE Off`
GENI~IaAL OBLIGATION BONGS.
BE IT OR®AINE® ~Y THE COUNCIL. OIF THE COUNTY OP HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 14 of Ordinance No. 01-33 is hereby amended as follows:
"SECTION 14. Authorization of Proceeds for Public Improvements. The
proceeds from the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds of the County
of Hawaii in the principal amount of $7,000,000 shall be used to pay all or a part
of the costs of appropriations for public improvement projects to be financed from
general obligation bond funds made in Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended,
Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, [and] Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, and
Ordinance 01-56 as amended for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1999, June
30, 2000, [and] June 20, 2001, and June 30, 2002, respectively."
SECTION 2. Material to be deleted is bracketed. New material is underscored.
In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material, and underscoring. need not
be included.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
