IiESOLU'I'ION NO. ~ 3 ~ 036
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF $1,690 TO THE
HAWAII COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT KEAUHOU FIRE STATION
WHEREAS, 1250 Oceanside Partners has donated $1,690 to the Hawaii County Fire
Department to provide a structure to house exercise ec}uipment at the Keauhou Fire Station; and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, provides that the
Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property; and
WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Fire Department recommends the acceptance of this
donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the
Council accepts this donation of $1,690.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a letter of appreciation be sent to 1250 Oceanside
Partners, 78-6831 Alii Drive, Suite K15, Kailas-Kona, Hawaii 96740.
