August 22, 2001, amends Ordinance No. 01-55, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30,
2002. The amendment is as follows:

The Federal Transit Administration is providing funds to purchase three accessible buses and to
supplement bus service and the shared ride taxi program.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 95 and recommends it
pass first reading.
