No. 119-01 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:50 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 119-O1, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 119-01, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 322, dated August 28, 2001, authorizes the acceptance of a donation from the Piopio Bears <br /> Athletic Association. <br /> The Piopio Bears Athletic Association has graciously donated an adjustable portable basketball <br /> apparatus to the Department of Parks & Recreation for use at the Pi`ihonua Gym. The value of <br /> <br /> this donation is estimated at $140.00. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the <br /> County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property. <br /> A letter of appreciation will be sent to the Piopio Bears Athletic Association, P.O.
