(Bill 1 l3) HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING
TO ADMINISTRATION BY AMENDING SECTION 2-41 AND
ADDING A NEW ARTICLE RELATING TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (This
amendment will bring the Code into conformance with the Charter
of the County of Hawaii as amended by the voters in November,
2000 -Charter Amendment 4~
