COORDINATOR (This amendment will bring the Code into
conformance with the Charter of the County of Hawaii as amended by
the voters in November 2000 -Charter Amendment 6)

TO "CHIEF ENGINEER" WITH "DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS"
(This amendment will bring the Code into conformance with the Charter
of the County of Hawaii as amended by the voters in November, 2000 -
Charter Amendment 7)

TO ADMINISTRATION BY DESCRIBING THE APPOINTMENT
QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES OF THE FIRE CHIEF, AND
ADDING A SECTION RELATING TO THE FIRE COMMISSION
(This amendment will bring the Code into conformance with the Charter
of the County of Hawaii as amended by the voters in November, 2000 -
Charter Amendment 3)
