RE: Resolution No. 127-01, Draft 2 ~~~-r
Per discussion at the Council meeting of September 25, 2001, I am transmitting a second
draft of Resolution No. 127-01 condemning the brutal and deliberate acts of war against
the United States of America and supporting President Bush in his efforts to defend
America, protect its citizens and respond decisively to those who perpetrated such acts.
Draft 2 adds the words "with premeditation" to the first WHEREAS clause of the
resolution.
