IRequest for executive Session -Litigation Expenses
The Office of the Corporation Counsel requests the opportunity to meet with the Council
in executive session at its next permissible meeting.
The Office of the Corporation Counsel seeks permission to increase the ceilings for
counsel representing the County and various co-defendants in this case.
The request for executive session is being made because the trial strategy, appellate
strategy, and matters relating to litigation will be discussed.
