Copy of letter to James Hezekia from Planning Director
Duane Kanuha dated January 11, 1990, informing, upon
further review of his files, it was found that plans
for the proposed development were submitted to their
office for Plan Approval review, therefore, a request
for time extension to comply with Condition B of
Ordinance 88-112 is not required. Further, informs
that construction of the proposed development should be
completed on or before April 13, 1990, pursuant to
Condition C of the ordinance.
