Dear Ms. Pisicchio:
Thank you for the invitation to present to your committee (HSEDC) a briefing on the
current outbreak of dengue fever. I understand that this briefing will take place on
October 23, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council-room at the County Building. I will be
using a power point presentation and will require an extension cord and a projection
screen. I will bring my own laptop and projector. I have also invited Mr. Chester
Wakida. He is the Epidemilogy Specialist with the Hawaii District Health Office .
The presentation will take less than 30 minutes. However, depending on the amount of
questions asked the overall briefing may take as long as one hour.
