Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of a wheelchair accessible, wall mounted
water cooler to be placed at the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium. This donation was
made by the Big Island Interscholastic Federation, P.O. Sox 4160, Hilo, Hawaii 96720
and has an estimated value of $456.30.

The Big Island Interscholastic Federation would like to donate an Elkay WheelchairaMount Water Cooler to
the Department of Parks and Recreation. The water cooler will be placed in the lobby of the Afook Chinen
Civic Auditorium for the public's use. Total value: $456.30
