Re: Resolution to Negotiate Lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate a lease of real
property adjacent to Onekahakaha Beach Park to He Ola Hou O Ke Kumu Niu, a non-
profit organization. They are planning to develop a Hawaiian Cultural Center that will be
used for public education and display. This facility will also be used to teach healthy
life skills and ways of interaction through Hawaiian cultural practices, and to instill
mental, physical, and spiritual well-being within the Hawaiian community, family, and
individuals.
