RE: An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 25
Relating to Bed and Breakfast Establishments
Attached for your favorable consideration is a proposed bill to further amend Chapter 25 relating
to Bed and Breakfast establishments, to include amendments to Sections 25-2-71(c) and 25-2-75
which were not included in Ordinance No. 00-152. These amendments delete the plan approval
requirement for the bed and breakfast establishments.
