This is to provide you with the annual status report of Towne Keauhou LLC's (Towne)
activities in compliance with the various conditions of Ordinance No. 96-60 through for the
period ending in May 2001. For your information, since the adoption of this Ordinance,
Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc. has transferred ownership of the property to Towne
Keauhou LLC, whose managing member is a wholly owned subsidiary of Towne Development
of Hawaii, Inc.
For your information, Towne secured final subdivision approval for Unit 1, Phases I-VI of the
Keauhou View Estates Subdivision and is currently construction the improvements in
accordance with the bond and agreements.
The following is a summary of the conditions of Ordinance No. 96-60 and a description of
Towne's actions or understanding of them.

This is to provide you with the annual status report of Towne Keauhou LLC (Towne) activities
in compliance with the various conditions of Ordinance No. 97-42. For your information,
since the adoption of this Ordinance, Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc. has transferred
ownership of the property to Towne Keauhou LLC, whose managing member is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc. The area covered by this rezoning
has been incorporated into Towne's Keauhou View Estates Subdivision, which includes
approximately 169 acres with a total of approximately 400 single family residential units.
