For your information, since the adoption of this Ordinance, Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc. has transferred ownership of the property to Towne Keauhou LLC, whose managing member is a wholly owned subsidiary of Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc. For your information, Towne secured final subdivision approval for Unit 1, Phases I-VI of the Keauhou View Estates Subdivision and is currently construction the improvements in accordance with the bond and agreements. In that the project area has been incorporated into the overall Keauhou View Estates Subdivision, which is covered primarily by Ordinance 96-60, we would like to request the consolidation of the required annual reports.
