June 30, 2002. The amendment is as follows:

The State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice
Assistance Division is providing funding to hire an Administrative Assistant to maintain and
manage a database of domestic violence/sex crime offenders and sexual cases.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 99 and
recommends it pass first reading.
