Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 114, Draft 3 which includes
language to prohibit condominium property regimes on the subject property, as discussed at the
October 23, 2001 Planning Committee meeting.
Bill No. 114, Draft 3 also amends Condition D to comply with the background information that
"the applicants propose to utilize the existing access as a common driveway for the proposed
lots."
