Re: Resolution 108-01, Draft 3
The above resolution authorizes the Council's process for procuring an independent
auditor, pursuant to Section 10-13, Hawaii County Charter. This memo is to inform you
that I have asked J. Curtis Tyler, III and Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd to participate on the
Evaluation Committee. Other members include Constance Kiriu, Legislative Auditor and
Rodney Oshiro, Legislative Assistant.
The Evaluation Committee will evaluate and rank the proposals, and will make its
recommendation to the Council in Executive Session. As is required by law, the name of
the contractor must be kept confidential until the award is made and the award letter is
transmitted.
