Comments: Please consider making the BIdg.Dept. part of the property conveyance process so
county records can be updated and the county can collect property taxes on improvements done
without permit.l'm not advocating fines here, I just think it time that everyone pay their share of
property taxes. Reasonable time could be given the property owner to comply but taxes should
begin with the next fiscal billing.
Raising the minimum tax to $100. is long overdue. I have yet to meet someone for whom that
would be a burden. Go for it!
