Bill No. 124, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 398,
dated October 15, 2001, amends Ordinance No. 01-55, as amended, the Operating Budget,
ending June 30, 2002. The amendment is as follows:

3609.10 Fund Balance from Prior Year Beautification $80,000
To:
070-801-5801.14 Transfer to Capital Project Fund Beautification $80,000
These funds will be used to enhance the view plane and bicycle, pedestrian, landscaping and
scenic view improvements along Oneo Bay from Hualalai Road to Walua Road.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 124 and
recommends it pass first reading.
