I wish to submit the following Public rc timony for Rill 62 regarding the
esmblislunau of a Posdtarvcst Treatment Facility on the Rig Island utilizing Public tLnds
I feel that chic is a falsehood to call a Proposed Food trradiauon pluu a "Posdtan~est
Trcauncnt Fxility". This is like willing a prison a "Career Rehabilitation C'snter'". It is
irrespotuiblc and a lie to prescrt such a Potentially dangerous facility in ouch a misleadingh~
neutral and unobjective manner.
Because of- the di.,tintt possibilit,~ that dtere cotdd be spills, leakages or accidentx with
radioactive material. involving dais plant I must insist drat you not allow' any Cowltt' Eunds to
be used to support this RW or any bill that has an irradiation Plant as it, focus. The safety

Island.
