RE: Resolution No. 141-01, Draft 2
William V. Brilhante Self Directed IRA Dedication
This is to transmit Resolution No. 141-01, Draft 2, which deletes the word "future" from the title
of the resolution (future road widening). The amendment is being made at the request of Council
Member Curtis Tyler.
In addition, the memorandum dated November 7, 2001, from Deputy Corporation Counsel Ivan
Torigoe regarding the use of a dedication deed instead of warranty form adequately addresses
Mr. Tyler's concern at the Committee meeting.
Finally, Mr. Torigoe has agreed to add the words "and legality" to the dedication deed when he
approves it as to form.
