Chock expires on December 31, 1989. Mr. Lee will serve until December 31, 1994. Jitsuo Kotake, a democrat from Hamakua, to fill an existing at-large vacancy created by the recent resignation of Bernard Y. Mochizuki. Mr. Kotake will serve until December 31, 1991. Comm. 323: From Linda Boughton dated March 14, 1989, regarding testimony she made at the February 27, 1989 public hearing regarding the rezoning and State Land Use Boundary Amendment requests of Holualoa Management Corporation. Comm. 324: From Cheryl Dela Cruz, Parent Facilitator, Kealakehe Intermediate School, stating that parents who attended the February 27, 1989 public hearing on Holualoa Management Corporation's application feel the benefits of the development are clearly outweighed by the safety concerns not being addressed. Also, transmits copy of a letter to Sanford T.
