RE: Resolution No. 146-01, Draft 2
Attached is Resolution No. 146-01, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment made
at the Finance Committee meeting of November 20, 2001. The amendment is as follows:
1) Changed the ~i nth Whereas clause to read "WHEREAS, in the
Hawaii State Supreme Court case of In re [AionaJ Ainoa..."
2) Changed the thirteenth Whereas clause to read "...DHHL
[assumes] imposes a lien on that lease..."
