Please replace E3iil No. 137 with the enclosed Draft 2 of this same bill. Draft 2 reduces the
dollar amount of the original appropriation bill from $128,807 to $56,042. This corrected
amount reflects the increase in revenues in the Clandestine Drug Lab account.
