Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 130, Draft 2 which includes
housekeeping amendments to clarify the language in Conditions B, C, D, F, and H. Condition D
is further amended by inserting the phrase "and condominium property regimes" to specifically
prohibit condominium property regimes on the subject property.
