Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 139, Draft 2 which includes the
following amendments:
1. Condition B. Restructures the sentence.
2. Condition E. New language to prohibit landscaping which negatively impacts the
drainage systems.
3. Condition F. Inserts "condominium property regimes" and some "standard
language".
4. Condition G. Inserts the fair share contributions.
5. Condition H. Restructures the sentence.
6. Condition J. Inserts "Hawaii County".
7. Renumbers the remaining conditions.
