ERNEST SAKAMOTO ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT TAX MAP KEY 7-3-05:86 [Rez 596) Copy of letter to Robert Jitchaku of Development Consultants, Inc., from Planning Director Duane Kanuha dated October 26, 1989, acknowledging receipt of Dr. Ernest Sakamoto's annual progress report, as required by Condition I of Ordinance No. 88-115. States tentative subdivision approval was granted on May 12, 1989 and that the installation of drainage system roadway improvements in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Public Works are being required as a condition of final subdivision approval, in compliance with Conditions D & E, respectively, of the ordinance. Akana dated October 27, 1989, submitting for confirmation, the following appointments to the Kailua Village Design Commission: Terrance J. Cisco, an independent from Kona, to fill a vacancy which will be created when the term of George Iwasaki expires on December 31, 1989. Mr. Cisco will serve until December 31, 1992. Taka Fujitani, an independent from Kona, to fill a vacancy which will be created when the term of Robert D. Triantos expires on December 31, 1989. Mr. Fujitani will serve until December 31, 1992. Comm. 1032: APPOINTMENT - PLANNING COMMISSION From Mayor Bernard K. Akana dated October 27, 1989, submitting for confirmation, the following appointment to the Planning Commission: Sally H. Rice, an independent from Kona, to fill an at-large vacancy, which will be created when the term of Marion Bush expires on December 31, 1989. Ms. Rice will serve until December 31, 1994. Comm. 1033: APPOINTMENT - PLANNING HOARD OF APPEALS From Mayor Bernard K. Akana dated October 27, 1989, submitting for confirmation, the following appointment to the Planning Board of Appeals: Donald C. McIntosh, a Republican from Kona, to fill a vacancy which will be created when the term of Jerry Y. Nago expires on December 31, 1989. Mr. McIntosh will serve until December 31, 1994. Comm. 1034: APPOINTMENT - WATER COMMISSION From Mayor Bernard K. Akana dated October 27, 1989, submitting for confirmation, the following appointment to the Water Commission: Katherine A. Hooper, a Republican from Hamakua, to fill a vacancy which will be created when the term of Rudolph C. Hart expires on December 31, 1989. Ms. Hooper will serve until December 31, 1994.
