submitting for confirmation, the following appointments
to the Kailua Village Design Commission:
Terrance J. Cisco, an independent from Kona, to
fill a vacancy which will be created when the
term of George Iwasaki expires on December 31,
1989. Mr. Cisco will serve until December 31,
1992.
Taka Fujitani, an independent from Kona, to fill
a vacancy which will be created when the term of
Robert D. Triantos expires on December 31, 1989.
Mr. Fujitani will serve until December 31, 1992.
Comm. 1032: APPOINTMENT - PLANNING COMMISSION
From Mayor Bernard K. Akana dated October 27, 1989,
submitting for confirmation, the following appointment
to the Planning Commission:
Sally H. Rice, an independent from Kona, to fill
an at-large vacancy, which will be created when
the term of Marion Bush expires on December 31,
1989. Ms. Rice will serve until December 31,
1994.

From Mayor Bernard K. Akana dated October 27, 1989,
submitting for confirmation, the following appointment
to the Planning Board of Appeals:
Donald C. McIntosh, a Republican from Kona, to
fill a vacancy which will be created when the
term of Jerry Y. Nago expires on December 31,
1989. Mr. McIntosh will serve until December 31,
1994.
