Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to re-nominate Ms. Natalie Flattes of Council District 2 to
succeed herself on the l~iawaii County Fire Commission. her current term
expires on December 31, 2001. Under Section 13-4-c of the County Charter, she
is eligible to succeed herself. Ms. Flatter is a lifelong resident of Hawaii and has
demonstrated integrity, diligence, and competence during her service on this
commission. Ms. Flattes is a member of the Democratic Party. If confirmed, she
will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2006.
