Additional Comments
Per our discussion on Thursday, December 6, 2001, attached is a chart relating to
Chapter 22 for your review and action. The chart is an accretion of comments and
questions raised by Councilmember Tyler. In addition to those items identified in
the chart, several friendly amendments also provided by Councilmember Tyler, are
now apart of Bill No. 225, Draft This newest draft is also attached for your
review. All recent amendments are highlighted in yellow. If you would like to
make any further changes to this draft, please keep in mind that the deadline for the
Council agenda is Monday at Noon.
