V1IF9~R~AS, Mr. Jarrett M. Ozeki would like to donate three (3) personal computers to the Hawaii
County Fire Department; and
4NFI~I~BAS, the computer equipment, with a total estimated value of $1,350, will be used for the
department's computer network to facilitate its incident reporting and communications system; and
19VH~RIEI~S, Article XI II, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the Council, on
behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property; and
WI-IEl~FAS, the Hawaii County Fire Department recommends the acceptance of this donation.
