the hoard of appeals due t® vahat is considered an existing confilict of intent.
Tease be advised that i appealed a decision by the Manning ~ir~ctor regarding
an illegal fed ~ breakfast neact to my home in 1994. To this daY mY aPl'I has
i~en pending due to corrupt p®Gti~, nny appeal has been pending for n~rly
seven y~arse it cannot rove fiorward due to Jcadge l~iki I~ae Oman®'s failure tca
rule on a motion flied in court by the opposing party regarding the legality of "de
novo' hearings at the €3oard of App~a9s.
1 apologize f®r not disclosing this utter but I did not even think that the hoard
still toad records of the appal aver nearly seven years. I apologies for any
inconveni®nce this may have caused and I hope you can understand ~vhy 1 did
not consider this a conflict. Aeftes seven yeses ofi ~maiUrlg to be heard I did not
think the case vvas st[ll active. !t has not been pursu~i since Judge Arnano failed
to make a ruling even after being reminded that my case wras pending and could
not proceed until she Haled. the has not ,ruled to this day (Civil 95217) and i
gave up ®n the matt. Fightir~ poiitie~l corrtaption is not- easy and took a toll cry
my iife_ If the record o~ere reviewed nothing has happened for seven years so
did riot consider the case 5til! active.
