Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of a portable volleyball standard for the
Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium. This donation is being made by the Big Island
Interscholastic Federation, P.O. Sox 4160, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 and has an estimated
value of $3,914.30.

To accept and acknowledge a donation of a portable volleyball standard for the Afook Chinen Civic
Auditorium
S. SACI<GROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The Sig Island Interscholastic Federation would like to donate a portable volleyball standard to the
Deparment of Parks and Recreation. This standard will be used for all future volleyball activities held at the
Afook Chinen Civic Auditorium. Total value: $3,914.30
