SUBJECT: Transmittal of Resolution No. 152-01, Draft 2 . '
Per the floor amendment offered by Councilman Curtis Tyler during the Council's meeting this
date, I have prepared the attached "draft 2" of Resolution 152-0 l . The amended draft, as
recommended by Councilman Tyler, states in the title that the resolution is "supporting" a Third
Circuit Big Island Drug Court program and application for an implementation grant.
