Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 139, Draft 3 which includes the
following amendments as discussed at the December 4, 2001 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Condition E. Language to prohibit the placement of gravel or other similar
material on plastic or impervious surfaces to minimize the potential for such
material to wash into the street or drainage improvements during storm events.
2. Condition G. Amends the fair share contributions to not include the one house
which is already permitted on the lot.
