Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of $78 to the Department of Parks and

Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 and a group of people from the community who utilize the
Andrews Gym for free play.

To accept and acknowledge a donation of $78 for Andrews Gym
BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Wayne Yamada and a group of people from the community who utilize Andrews Gym for free play have
donated $78 to the Department of Parks and Recreation. These funds will be used for enhancement of
recreational programs at Andrews Gym.
