W!~l1=REAS, lvlr. Wayne Yamada and a group of people from the community, who utilize the Andrews
Gym for free play, have donated $78 to Department of Parks & Recreation; and
WHImR~e4S, this donation will be used for enhancement of recreational programs at Andrews Gym; and
W!~l~F~ITQ?S, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the Council, on
behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property; and
W!°l~I~~.~S, the Department of Parks & Recreation recommends the acceptance of this donation.
