SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-56, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002,
is hereby amended. by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Ali`i Drive Road Improvement -Federal $ 320,000
(110-399-5396.32)
Ali`i Drive Road Improvement -County $ 80,000
(110-399-5396.33)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $ 320,000
Beautification Fund $ 80,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
