As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Comments: The spotter stated that he was about 800' in the area and did not stay in the area long. Harley H~~ #52 Date/T'ime: 12-11-200111145 hours Reason for Being in Area: The helicopter was flying in the area which is sparsely populated and the complainant lives in a tent on his property which is surrounded by forest and ranch lands. The helicopter was flying during a marijuana spotting/eradication mission and was looking for growing marijuana in the area. The pilot and spotter stated they were about 800° and flew over the complainant's property one time.
