Re: Bill No. 129 and Bill No. 130, Draft 2
Dear Chairman Arakaki and Mister Konishi:
Pursuant to Section 3-12, Hawaii County Charter, I am allowing Bill No. 129 and Bill No.
130, Draft 2, to become effective as ordinances without my signature. There is a clerical error
in Section 1 of Bill No. 129 wherein the change in classification should read "Rural" instead
of "Residential and Agricultural (RA-2a)." I understand that this error will be corrected by
subsequent legislation.
