Comm. 655: From Legislative Assistant Tadato Nagasako dated June 28, 1989, transmitting a report regarding Bill 113, as requested at the Planning Committee's June 14, 1989 meeting. Comm. 813: From Allan S. Takase, General Partner, Komohana '79, dated August 16, 1989, commenting on Communication 655. Comm. 830: From K. Ravi Pillai, M.D., dated August 23, 1989, informing he recently purchased a lot in Komohana '79 subdivision, which has a roadway easement connected to the adjacent Ponahawai Medical Center (Ka Waena Lapa'au Medical Center). Requests that the use of the easement to traffic be deleted, as he believes it would cause a great deal of difficulty with his proposed neurodiagnostic building and will precipitate problems with parking and wheelchair access routes. Takase, General Partner, Komohana '79 Associates, dated September 21, 1989, informing he has no other proposals to offer concerning the deletion of Condition C of Ordinance 88 3.
