the subdivision. Informs it is their opinion that
under the present subdivision code, the Planning
Director may not impose such a requirement as a
condition of final approval.

September 18, 1989, responding to Councilwoman Helene
Hale's suggestion that a connector road be constructed
between the existing Kishi Subdivision and their
proposed subdivision. Transmits letters and a petition
which indicate the concern and objection by the
residents of the Kishi Subdivision regarding such a
proposal, which he hopes will demonstrate why a
connector road between the subdivisions should not be
installed.

May 26, 1989, submitting a bill to amend Condition C of
Ordinance No. 88 3 (requirement of a 30-foot wide
roadway easement).

the adjacent Ponahawai Medical Center (Ka Waena Lapa'au
Medical Center). Requests that the use of the easement
to traffic be deleted, as he believes it would cause a
great deal of difficulty with his proposed
neurodiagnostic building and will precipitate problems
with parking and wheelchair access routes.
